Amazing what a few hours of alone time does for me.

It gives me a chance to find the colors Ive been missing

Only to find out , I wouldnt have been missing them

If I just opened my eyes.

For me ...

Tonight when I took out my camera, I did it for me .

For the moment. I did it because my instinct took over .For the first time in a really long time I picked up that camera for me , and there I was back in the zone just like I never left. The inner peace, the calm. Knowing the chao's is almost over ..and the fall colors are here...along with my instinct and my insatiable need to capture the moments.

2008 Captiva- Sanibel Florida Calendar "march"

I am so thrilled to announce that my picture
of Sanibel Island's pier will be used for thier 2008 Calendar. These Islands have a very special meaning to me beyond what words can say . Captiva Island has a healing type power offering me a calming peace... which for me ... isn't very easy. My children and I are there a few times in the winter months and we can't ever get enough. I am honored to be a part of this and very much willing to offer my services for the 2009 calendar, with great pride and pleasure.

Twins

I so happy to report that I had a family take me up on my offer to shoot multiple babies. These little girls were so awesome. I want to thank
the family for allowing me into thier home and for allowing me to photograph these two little girls. I will post more pictures very soon !
